This is an unbelievably well preserved pair of stacking tables made in Denmark during the middle of the last century. We believe them to come from the workshop of Karl Lindegaard, possible the Svend Madsen collection, and they are a truly stunning example of mid century danish furniture design.
With teak frames and tiled tops, they are sturdy and useful items which will give your home a decidedly modern aesthetic whilst keeping a vintage, mid-century vibe too. We can’t express enough the joy these pieces bring to the beholder.
The legs fortunately detach for ease of shipping and so the tables would require some very simple assembly upon delivery.
Large table - H36cm W57cm D47cm
Small table - H30cm W47cm D 47cm

We believe that buying vintage is a key way our modern habits can slow down the impact of consumerism on the environment.
When you buy vintage, you are buying sustainable. You’re swimming upstream against the mass production of goods when there are a multitude of objects which are still useful and beautiful.
You’re giving pieces a new life, honouring their makers, and saving them from being forgotten or thrown away.
This is what Rumbelow Rooms is all about, re-using already exquisite things and savouring their past.
