This stunning vintage bamboo chair is truly an eye-catching piece. Modern designers are falling over themselves to copy the boho look of the 1970s so why not take this rare chance to own an original?
We absolutely love the peacock design of this chair, the tone of the bamboo is so striking and the piece is remarkably intact for its age. there are small areas that show some superficial damage such as the wicker binding on the legs. The patina is beautifully aged and the piece is very sturdy with no damage to the original joints.
Height: 68cm
Seat height 39cm
Width: 45cm
Depth: 46cm

We believe that buying vintage is a key way our modern habits can slow down the impact of consumerism on the environment.
When you buy vintage, you are buying sustainable. You’re swimming upstream against the mass production of goods when there are a multitude of objects which are still useful and beautiful.
That’s what Rumbelow Rooms is all about, re-using already exquisite things and savouring their past.
